BET "Ruthless" Actor Anthony Bless discusses how drugs, manipulation in the show parallel in life.

Learn more about the actor Anthony Bless in a series of QCP interviews. In this interview Anthony Bless discusses the parallels between the themes within the show and real life.

I enjoyed interviewing with Anthony he has a positive aura and high energy. His character on the show "Malcolm" is a cheating detective with a lot of ups and downs and twists in turns in this high anxiety filled show! Brace yourself for Ruthless! Ruthless is a Tyler Perry produced show that you can view on BET. It's a spinoff of a previous TP show called The Oval that highlights what it would look like if people of color had a cult. I'll reserve more of my opinion on the show for a later blogpost on queenconnectpub.blogspot.com. But for now, tune in and catch up to this series and again--Brace yourself for the unexpected.

On June 19th, I had the transformative experience of attending Dr. Christi Culpepper-Walker’s "Leaning Into Your M.A.G.I.C" virtual workshop. This event was a powerful reminder of the importance of self-empowerment, self-love, and showing up for oneself.  It was designed to help women discover and lean into their M.A.G.I.C.—an acronym for Mannerisms, Attitude, Genuineness, Identity, and Core Values.  These elements, she explained, are key to walking out our purpose with boldness and authenticity.  Discovering My Own Magic  The workshop was not just a series of lectures; it was an interactive journey of self-discovery. Dr. CC, as she is affectionately known, emphasized the critical message of showing up for oneself—a message that resonated deeply with many women, including myself....
