Tonight’s show is with the editor of Duval Connect Magazine Tiffney Funches Tiffney Marie & Co. She’s a certified life coach and transformational coach, youth pastor with Refresh Youth- a safe space for teens to fellowship and learn about God.
I’m excited about sharing the conversation we shared which was very open about our experiences within the community. They are not always good and sometimes there are internal conflicts and struggles.
Navigating through them can be hard because it can seem like one false move can lead to the loss of position, support, and future opportunities.
But then there is also an opportunity to bring forth change even though it may not appear to be that way at first.
I’ve known Tiffney Funches for over five years now. I’ve watched her pour into the youth of the Jacksonville community. No matter where she goes, her love for the youth follows.
In our chat we discussed the
difficulties and challenges that come with advocating for the youth when faced
with corporate, and organizational politics.
Sometimes it can be frustrating to have a heart for the
community and not be able to make the impact that you truly want. In this video
